This patient has an ulnar nerve injury which resulted in a claw deformity. Here we have made an anti-claw splint which corrects the muscle imbalance while the nerve heals. We have used an Orficast material which is strong and can get wet, while still allowing good functional use of the hand! | Hand Therapy Group
