Getting a perfect score is essential when cutting glass. By score I’m referring to the line that the glass cutter makes. Different types of glass require different pressure, but most of the time it’s pretty straightforward. • No hesitation • Even pressure • Don’t tilt the cutter to the side • Start about one millimeter from the edge of the glass • Make a single score If you’re new to this: get some scrap pieces and practice before every important cut.
