Homemade Caramel Corn is probably my favorite treat to make, although I mostly only make it around the holiday season. I’m a big popcorn fan. Years ago, I discovered that I strongly prefer my caramel corn made with freshly popped non-microwaved popcorn. This year’s batch turned out as delicious as ever! The corn was perfectly crispy, and the caramel not at all sticky or chewy. Here’s my recipe: CARAMEL CORN 8 cups popcorn ¾ cup packed brown sugar ⅓ cup butter 3 tbsp light corn syrup ¼ tsp baking
