I CAN’T BELIEVE IT !!!!!!!!! ☝🏼👇🏼 The decision to NOT issue Hallie an EHCP has been 🥁 🥁🥁🥁overturned!!!! and she will be issued with an ehcp ! 😄 We was due to go to mediation but they conceded before this happening. This is the biggest relief for us, i was dreading if it went to tribunal. I want to say a huge thank you to Kelly from @sunshinesupportuk for being amazing and supporting me through this process. Having an advocate makes such a difference. She’s only got involved on the 8th of

In a recent SEND tribunal, a local authority and school actually argued that a child should not be issued an EHCP because there was no capacity in the occupational therapy service to deliver the provision recommended in professional reports.
