I was only able to workout 3 days this week bc we were busy moving into a new home but the activity and process of moving was a really good workout itsself so I was actually able to maintain my caloric deficit throughout the week and I was able to lose a little over a pound! So I am super proud of that and I noticed this week that my body is getting more and more toned by the week, I am feeling very confident about myself physically and mentally but we are not even halfway to our goal yet so imm
