Try this out! - Often times when I have a knee issue I’ll use this technique in my routine called “flexion gapping”. - Flexion gapping is when you create space or a gap in the joint while in flexion. Throw a towel underneath your knee and either hold the position statically or rock back and forth onto your heels or just hang out there. - The towel act like a wedge to gap the hinge joint of the knee providing some space and alleviating many issues going on within the knee itself. - T
