Easy jackfruit curry or kathal ki sabzi, made Delhi style without the addition of onion or garlic, is savoury, slightly tangy, and gently spiced – by far the best jackfruit curry I have eaten. Often eaten as a meat substitute for vegetarians due to it’s texture and bite, it would be a travesty to relegate this to just a substitute.
