Dumbbell snatches are one of my favorite power exercises because of their utility and simplicity. They’re an excellent option for youth athletes since they’re relatively easy to teach, simple to coach in large group settings, and don’t require complex equipment. All you need is a single dumbbell. They’re also a great solution when space or equipment is limited, or when athletes are traveling
