2015 I was an average Chinese girl working a 9–5 job, trying to build a conventional, stable life. But I wasn’t happy. I wanted to see the world. To learn. To grow. To experience something different. So I chose to begin again. To build a strong body. To learn new languages. To travel. To study abroad. To keep educating myself. 10 years later, I didn’t just change my life. I changed how I see the world, and how I see myself. I learned that confidence is built, not given. That discipline creates f
