Apr 27, 2002 · No a problem of any kind until this month. Problem: When attempting to download the LiveUpdate from Norton the error code 6002 appears. This error message says "Live Update could not process the update. LiveUpdate was not able to extract the update files. Make sure your disk is not full and run live update again".
