I was diagnosed with a 5cm adenocarcinoma on my ascending colon. Just like you. Had it removed along with some lymph nodes you don’t need. The chemo is outpatient and you go home with your family. The anxiety is one of the worst experiences of the ordeal. Anxiety can make you feel like you’re dying.

Chemo was rough but colon cancer chemo is not as bad as some of the other ones you see. I lost no hair and actually gained a few pounds. Many people had no idea I was going through chemo.

Good luck with your scope and chances are someone your age probably does not have CC. Like a lot of people said here. Hold tight and work with the doctors to run through the possibilities.
