Just enter the desired thread pitch, diameter (links to ISO and NPT tables provided), length and (if needed) radial clearance; then ThreadMaker will generate PD Bodies of mating external/internal threads.
Which Free CAD would you recommend for 3D printing?
Apr 2, 2013 · OpenSCAD is popular in the 3D printing community, but it's a tool for programming-minded people - which I'm not. It can only export to .CSG (an open but non-standard file format) and .STL. polytechnick wrote: But I never heard of Inkscape used for 3D. I run the Marz Guitar Design Workbench on Win 7 – no Linux on board (see below). I will certainly ask for one or the other. Is there a First Steps guide. Only for the first personal success.

Yes, FreeCAD is a great collection of tools, but as a standalone software it's unusable. And I've used all similar CAD programs. And also yes, GIMP is a good example of crap.
