Mar 20, 2011 · Place the bracket into your vice, and remove the nut from the underside of the mount. Replace the old mount with the new, engaging it correctly into the mount. I did not have torque specifications, but I used the tightness of the old mounts as guide in tightening the new.

The support bearing is bolted to a bracket, which in turn is bolted to the underside of the car body. Adding shims or washers between the car body floor and bracket will shift the bearing down. Adding shims inside the bracket between the bracket and support bearing will shift the bearing up.

Aug 17, 2009 · The seat part lifts at the back and comes out to meet the back of the front seats - then there should be a catch, or two to release the back which folds down, and from memory hooks into a couple of clips that are on the underside of the part already folded foward.
