Mopar Crate Engine Kits: 345 and 392 Hemi (w/video)
Nov 16, 2020 · Mopar launched several create Hemi engines on November 1, 2016, to make it easier to plug factory-backed engines into iconic Mopars. The 345 and 392 Crate Engines (5.7 and 6.4 liters) can be paired with cars and trucks up to model-year 1975 - and are available for ordering today, through dealers or the Mopar site .

Nov 16, 2020 · The 572 Hemi Generation II crate engine uses a heavy-duty siamese-bore cast iron block with cross-bolted mains, aluminum heads with 2.25" intake valves and 1.94" exhaust valves, and an aluminum single-plane intake for one carburetor (an optional cross-ram intake for dual carburetors is shown in the photo).

The first RB engine was the 1959 413 (6.8 liters), launched a year after the first B 350 and 361 came out. The RB engines were shared by all Chrysler brands, but that still left room for variety, as retired plant worker "Superduckie" wrote:

Nov 16, 2020 · 2011+ 6.4 liter production V8: 392 Hemi engines The 6.4 Hemi (392 Hemi) is used in the 2011 and newer SRT8 cars including the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. The engine is different from the one in the Challenger Drag Pack (the Mopar crate engine); for one, the standard 392 shuts off four cylinders when they are not needed, to increase gas mileage.

Aug 18, 2022 · Gm tried selling 2.0L turbo engines for swap projects with no success. GM guys could care less about 4's and 6's. I don't see it changing with the Mopar Turbo 6 unless the engine gains a following in motor sports somehow. My 2 cents.
