Dec 6, 2021 · The Mastered Ultra Instinct form is a limit breaking state Goku's body uses in order to actually use Ultra Instinct. He can now use it in all his other forms, which means UI and the MUI form are separate. Goku most likely can't combine that form with Super Saiyan, since it's a limit breaking form, and VERY stamina draining.

Even though it is officially just called "Ultra Instinct", it is recognized as the mastered version of that form, so it's really just redundant to refer to it as "Mastered/Perfected Ultra Instinct". Second, TUI doesn't exist.
