The Coral Sea Islands Territory is an external territory of Australia which comprises a group of small and mostly uninhabited tropical islands and reefs in the Coral Sea, north-east of Queensland, Australia. The only inhabited island is Willis Island.

The Coral Sea Islands Territory has no official flag. In 2004, LGBT activists symbolically claimed the Coral Sea Islands to be the Gay and Lesbian Kingdom of the Coral Sea Islands and raised the rainbow flag on Cato Island, in protest against planned changes to the Australian marriage law.

The islands are an Australia ownership, and therefore use the flag of Australia.
