Philip Oscar Riehlman is a Hot Wheels designer that has been designing Hot Wheels cars since 1993. His first designs were the Twin Mill II and the Silhouette II as collaborations with Bruce Baur; he also designed briefly for sister line Matchbox and currently also serves as a senior manager of Mattel.

Hot Wheels designer for now more than 20 years, Phil Riehlman also worked briefly for the Matchbox brand of diecast cars. Riehlman was inducted into the Diecast Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2010 for his design work.
