In September 2024’s release, UK House Price Index (UK HPI) estimates were revised from January 2022 onwards by making use of price data processed outside the UK HPI’s normal 12-month revision period.

The euro area annual inflation rate was 2.0% in July 2025, stable compared to June. A year earlier, the rate was 2.6%.
