NFL insiders believe the Jacksonville Jaguars "overpaid" for the chance to select cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter in the 2025 draft, according to NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah.

Jacksonville Jaguars rookie playmaker Travis Hunter is leading the 2025 NFL Draft class in jersey sales from NFL Shop. According to an Instagram post by the NFL, Hunter's jersey is ahead of Titans quarterback Cam Ward, former teammate Shedeur Sanders, Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty and Carolina wide receiver Tetairoa McMillian.

Mike Borgonzi, in his first year as the team's general manager, says Ward won't be named QB1 off the bat. "We're not gonna name any starters here, though, right now in the offseason," Borgonzi said, via NFL.
