Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd. reported a revenue of Rs 62.22 crore and a net profit of Rs 5.4 crore for the period ended Sept. 30, 2024. In FY24, its revenue declined by 22% to Rs 98 crore from Rs 125.10 crore in FY23. The net profit during this period decreased 27% year-on-year to Rs 5.78 crore from Rs 7.96 crore.

The ₹1,250 crore issue includes a fresh equity offering of up to ₹210 crore and an offer for sale of up to 1.42 crore shares, with bidding open until January 8. Ahead of the opening, the company raised ₹123 crore from anchor investors.

The Standard Glass Lining IPO is a combination of a fresh issue worth Rs 210 crore and 200.05 crore of offer for sale.

The firm’s maiden offering has been priced in the range of Rs 133 to Rs 140 per equity share. The company generated Rs 123.02 crore from the anchor investors ahead of its subscription window.

Quadrant Future Tek IPO will open for public bidding on January 7 and close on Thursday, January 9, 2025. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalized on January 10. The company’s shares are scheduled to list on January 14 on both the NSE and BSE platforms.

Unlisted shares of Standard Glass Lining Ltd continue to trade at Rs 237 apiece in the grey market, which is a 69.29 per cent premium over the upper IPO price of Rs 140. It indicates a robust listing gain for investors on January 13.
