The brand returned to the biggest consumer gaming event that takes place annually in Cologne, Germany, with a first look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, and new gameplay for The Outer Worlds 2, Ninja Gaiden 4, and a new DLC for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, called The Order of Giants.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 was officially revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live 2025, confirming a near-future setting and the return of campaign, multiplayer, and Zombies modes. Developed by Treyarch and Raven Software, the game will be released on November 14 2025.

Black Ops 7 is coming out in November for PlayStation, Xbox and PC, with a Switch release planned for later this year.
