Glenn is a first-time head coach and a longtime assistant who has played for Bill Parcells and coached under Sean Payton and Dan Campbell, among others, while working his way from being a player for 15 NFL seasons to being a leader on the sideline.

Hall is a three-down runner with passing-game capabilities. Allen is a throwback between-the-tackles back with power and contact balance. Davis is a speedy playmaker who thrives on passing downs and manufactured touches. Glenn and Engstrand have plans to get all three ball-carriers involved.
