A long-promised bypass project, which aimed to take traffic off congested Route 28 through the Manassas, Virginia, area, has likely come to the end of the road.
Starting on Monday, crews with the Virginia Department of Transportation are scheduled to implement long term traffic shifts on both I-64 eastbound as well as I-464 northbound.
