Taylor Swift is expanding her Westerly, Rhode Island mansion, adding new rooms and remodeling the kitchen of the beachfront home.

The “The Last Great American Dynasty” singer is sinking $1.7 million into a massive renovation of the $17 million Watch Hill estate.

Taylor Swift is reportedly set to expand her Rhode Island mansion, known as "Holiday House" or "High Watch," located in Westerly's Watch Hill neighborhood.

It has not yet been revealed when the project is slated to finish—but some dedicated Swifties have already pointed out that it is in the beginning stages of construction. TikTokers have captured clips of a crane and wood framing on the property.

Taylor Swift is set to expand her Rhode Island mansion, the holiday house that has seen several star-studded celebrity reunions over the summers. Swift reportedly plans to add an extra bedroom and some new bathrooms to the property and change one of the existing kitchen layouts.

Set on more than five acres filled with pristine gardens, a wide patio, a swimming pool with a pool house, Swift’s Rhode Island escape “offers 700 feet of private beachfront,” per Newsweek, and features eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms. There are also eight fireplaces on-site, according to the outlet.

The new wing will feature another bedroom and more bathrooms, and the pop star’s existing kitchen also will be getting a makeover, according to a new permit.

Taylor Swift enjoys seeing "Snow On The Beach" (weird but beautiful) from inside her coastal Rhode Island estate, and has big plans to expand the property in 2025. According to The Providence Journal,

Always the generous host, Swift is using this renovation to add one more bedroom and an unspecified number of bathrooms. The home already boasts eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
