Paddy Pimblett has shut down the rumor that he and Justin Gaethje will serve as the co-main event for UFC 319.

Pimblett, who is coming off third-round TKO win over Michael Chandler in April, is ranked No. 10 in the official UFC lightweight rankings after Topuria's entrance following UFC 317. Gaethje, who is 2-2 in his past four fights, is No. 4.

Paddy Pimblett has rubbished speculation he will make his return to the Octagon at UFC 319 in August. Earlier this week, Dricus Du Plessis, who will defend his middleweight belt against Khamzat Chimaev in the pay-per-view event in Chicago,
