Henrico County issued a boil water advisory Wednesday afternoon, on the third day of a regional water emergency triggered by a power outage at Richmond’s water treatment plant on Monday, Jan. 6 caused by a winter storm.

Companies around the Richmond area have taken different approaches to navigating the turbulent water crisis that’s left water across the area undrinkable, and at times, nonexistent.
