WASHINGTON - Capitol Police arrested a man outside of the United States Capitol July 16 after finding a bow and arrow in his vehicle, a spokesperson said in a statement. The man also admitted to having guns in the vehicle, the statement said.

23-year-old Nolan R. Churan of Oregon was arrested and charged with Unlawful Activities, Carrying a pistol without a license, Carrying a Rifle without a license, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon - Sword, Possession of a High-Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device, Unregistered Firearm, and Unregistered Ammunition.
