Only one more half stands between Oregon and the win they were favored to collect coming into this afternoon. They have jumped out to a quick 31-30 lead against Purdue. Oregon entered the match having won three straight and they're just one half away from another.

Purdue spent Saturday introducing Big Ten newcomer Oregon to how basketball has traditionally been played in the nation's oldest conference – rock-fight style.

Oregon beat itself up for much of this game, and bad shot selection, silly turnovers, and a lack of rebounding were its downfalls. One solace the Ducks can take away is that most of their mistakes are fixable mistakes, but there’s a lot of fixing before the Ducks host Washington Tuesday night.
