NBCUniversal’s celebration of Saturday Night Live’s 50-year anniversary is slowly shaping to be even more grand. Peacock recently announced that it will livestream a concert that will include many great names from the music industry who have also been a part of the Saturday Night Live legacy.

On January 30, 2025, the FireAid benefit concert concluded with a heartfelt performance by Lady Gaga at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. The event was organized to support those affected by the recent devastating wildfires in Los Angeles.

The concert will also be screened live at select AMC Theatres and and Regal Cinema locations in the U.S. If you will be on the move, iHeartRadio, the national audio partner for the event, will also feature the FireAid concert across over 860 radio stations in the U.S., digital platforms, and the iHeartRadio app.

Lady Gaga closed the FireAid concert in Los Angeles with a live performance of her hit "Shallow" and a brand new song written for the occasion.

U2, whose members include Bono and the Edge, committed during the event to donating $1 million to the relief efforts. Steve Ballmer, former Microsoft CEO and current owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, and his wife, Connie, also pledged to match that donation and all donations made during the live broadcast of FireAid.
