LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The man charged in a DUI crash that killed a mother and her two sons has been sentenced. Darryl Smith, 36, was sentenced 16 to 40 years Tuesday, with about 6 months credit for time served.

In September, Smith agreed to a plea deal that removed one of the deadly DUI counts against him. Judge Erika Mendoza sentenced him Tuesday from eight to 20 years on each of the two counts of DUI resulting in death. Those will be served consecutively.
