Birmingham police are asking for help from the public locating a missing 70-year-old woman who needs constant care for medical conditions. Julia Brown was last seen on Sunday at about 10 a.m.

Birmingham Police say a Critical Missing Alert has been issued for a Birmingham woman who disappeared on her way to church. Julia Brown, 70, was last seen Jan. 26 around 10 a.m. She was supposed to have driven her blue Nissan Rogue to a church in the Huffman area.
