It happened at the store on Chemical Road in Plymouth Twp. Surveillance video shows the suspect, Omar Dickens, casually walking through the store and grabbing items until his cart was overflowing.

The juvenile told police he was walking from the store, cut through a parking lot, and noticed a vehicle with individuals sitting inside. The vehicle was not moving, according to police.
