The National Hurricane Center's 11 am Monday advisory reported that the potential tropical cyclone is 70 miles south-southwest of Cape Fear North Carolina and 95 miles east of Charleston South Carolina, with maximum sustained wind of 50 mph. It’s moving 5 mph to the north-northwest.
