Terran gets improved with 30 seconds reduction time on major upgrades while the zealot has been nerfed. Blizzard makes some balance changes in their third patch since the StarCraft 2 beta launched.

o Zealot build time decreased from 38 to 33 seconds ... We'll see if things heat up in terms of patch changes as there is less than a week left of Starcraft 2 Beta.
