The flag of Vatican City will not fly over Toronto City Hall to mark the annual St. John Paul II Day for the first time in nearly two decades.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (KCTV) - A bill has been introduced in the U.S. House and Senate that would bar flags that signal support for diversity and inclusion from flying at government buildings.
