This Homemade Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Cake Roll Recipe is fun and delicious AND it does make some "extra" cupcakes, which is a nice bonus! Spongy chocolate cake is wrapped around creamy Oreo ice cream.

Pipe 10 rosettes around the top of the ice cream cake and place a whole Oreo in each one. Serve straight away and enjoy. Line the base of a 23cm loose bottom round baking tin with parchment paper.
