Texas has lost one if its best pitmasters ... during my recent trip to Charleston to visit his brand-new, week-old establishment, Lewis Barbecue.

Both are university towns with a vibrant arts scene, a small-town atmosphere (despite the terrible traffic), and now, in Thailand, also delicious Texas barbecue ... much of the new restaurant ...
