Based on court documents, around 6 a.m. Monday a Muni bus approached the intersection of Fourth and Berry streets where Greene was walking in the middle of the street. The bus stopped at a red light as he walked in the street outside of the crosswalk.

A man accused of shooting at an occupied Muni bus in the city's Mission Bay neighborhood earlier this week has made his first court appearance, prosecutors said Thursday.
