Proctor’s Lily Smith hit a floater in the closing seconds of the 7AA semifinal to defeat Duluth Marshall and book the Rails a spot in the 7AA championship game Friday against Crosby-Ironton.
Regan Smith earned the top seed in the final with a time of 57.86. Prior to McKeown’s best-ever swim in June, Smith held the world record.
