Cabara, the St. Louis Zoo’s last lion, dies at 19
ST. LOUIS — Cabara, the St. Louis Zoo's only remaining African lion, has died. Zoo officials announced that the 19-year-old was euthanized Tuesday after suffering from advanced liver disease.
