The Hoosiers added five new players to the roster including key transfers — sharpshooting guard Shay Ciezki (Penn State) and veteran big Karoline Striplin (Tennessee) — and highly-rated recruit, Faith Wiseman. Wiseman, who is from Martinsville, was the No. 61 ranked recruit in ESPN’s top 100.

Highlights of the 18-game schedule include games at Assembly Hall against new league members UCLA (Jan. 4) and USC (Jan. 18), a trip out west to play Oregon (Jan. 24) and Washington (Jan. 27), Senior Day on Feb. 27 against Maryland and a rivalry game against Purdue to close out the year on March 2.

Indiana women’s basketball’s conference schedule was announced Thursday afternoon on the Big Ten Network’s schedule release show. The Hoosiers finished 26-6 a season ago, including 15-3 in conference play. Each Big Ten loss came on the road, with Indiana falling to Iowa, Ohio State and Illinois.
