Renee Miller, pastor of City Walk Church and director of the shelter, said the organization moved out of the building and is now housing 14 people in private condos in Tallahassee.

Up until then, City Walk had been embroiled in legal action since its application to rezone was denied in March. Before that, it was operating as a shelter without the proper permit.
