Interstate 90/94 between 47th and 95th streets could become known as the Rev. Jesse L. Jackson Memorial Highway, under a bill pending in Springfield.
Interstate 90 is now open and drivers can cross the state using Snoqualmie Pass. WSDOT closed I-90 between North Bend and Cle Elum most of Friday and overnight because of crashes and road conditions.
