Owners of older Kindles are expressing outrage at Amazon after the tech giant said it will soon stop supporting older models released during or before 2012. Amazon in emails has told affected users that models of that vintage would no longer receive updates following May 20.
Owners of Kindle models from 2012 and earlier will no longer be able to download, borrow or purchase new books as of May 20.
