More than a week after Hurricane Francine stormed through south Louisiana, the Trader Joe’s store in Baton Rouge remains closed and answers as to when the business will reopen are hard to find.

The Baton Rouge Trader Joe’s is temporarily closed following Hurricane Francine. Management posted a sign on the grocery store’s front door that reads, “Due to hurricane damage, we are closed until further notice.

Baton Rouge’s one and only Trader Joe’s grocery store off the Acadian Thruway and Perkins Road remains closed, now for a full week.

Bad news for grocery shoppers in south Louisiana. One popular store has been closed for a week. But it is expected to reopen.
