According a fan video shared to TikTok from Bryan's Saturday, July 26, show at the North Dakota State Fair, the country star was hit in the face with an object while performing the chorus of his song "Country Girl (Shake It For Me)."

Luke Bryan became the latest musician to be struck by a rogue object during his performance at the North Dakota State Fair July 27, during his finale performance of “Country Girl (Shake It For Me).”
