LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Texas Department of Public Safety said Lubbock Captain Gary McMillian was arrested on Thursday following an investigation by Texas Rangers. He is charged with two counts of indecency with a child sexual contact. McMillian was taken into custody at his home, according to DPS. He was suspended by DPS the same day.
