Southwest Monsoon, locally known as habagat, is expected to bring rains over some parts of northern Luzon on Sunday, September 22, state weather bureau PAGASA said

The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) will affect Luzon and Western Visayas in the next 24 hours, PAGASA said in its weather forecast released on Saturday afternoon.
