Manchester United have asked Ruben Amorim for his thoughts on two strikers after Viktor Gyokeres finally completed his move to Arsenal. Gyokeres was believed to be Amorim’s first-choice target for the No. 9 position but the Sweden international rejected United in favour of a move to the Emirates Stadium.

The Swedish striker joins the London club after scoring 97 goals for Sporting Lisbon over the past two seasons.

Gyokeres is definitely the man we need - someone who is on form and hungry as well as having ridiculous goal contributions! I've genuinely never been this excited for a signing before. I can't wait to see him play.
