Kazakhstani tennis player Alexander Bublik says the way legends of the sport like Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray clung onto their longevity during the twilight of their career was a “disgrace”. The world No.33 first called the circumstances around their retirements a “circus”, before doubling down even further.

Alexander Bublik doesn't seem to be too impressed with how Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray walked away from pro tennis, describing their retirements as "a circus." After picking up a very serious hip injury in early 2023, the Spanish tennis icon managed to return for one last season in 2024.
